I spent a good few years running on that hamster wheel, working stupidly long days, striving to attain my impossible, perfectionistic standards, a boundaryless people pleasing workaholic. Cycle after cycle of burnout, frequent absenteeism, presenteeism, worsening mental health, increasing chaos, decreasing resilience and premature perimenopause at 39, I'd reached saturation point and wanted out of the relentless pinball machine of life. I have since learned that I have AuDHD (Autism + ADHD). Whilst I took the long and scenic route round, I do wish I knew much earlier in life what I know now. Today I live authentically, unashamedly and unapologetically, I care so much about this that I help others to step off the wheel, out of the pinball machine and do the same. Not working 60 hour weeks, not people pleasing and not prioritising others before my needs and those of my family is incredibly freeing.

This is me, caught in a candid moment at a friend's birthday, not posed or planned, but authentic.

The way I like to work is for you and I to get to know one another a little before any decisions are made, just enough to check for a connection and some chemistry (I don't mean the romantic kind!), and I do this for two reasons, let me explain...
Firstly there are few other investments as important as supporting and developing self. Like other well considered investments, I wouldn't expect you to spend good money on a tailor made pair of shoes without seeing and trying some on for size first. It's the same deal with finding the right coach and mentor, so it's only right that you and I get acquainted before committing to anything.
Secondly coaching isn't done to you, it's done with you, a partnership of two equals, an exchange of value, and a willingness on your part to step out into the unknown with me. For this to be possible a foundation of trust and safety are vitally important, having an initial call will orientate you to the coaching environment and pave the way to those foundations being laid.
Book a 30 minute complimentary call so we can chat about where you'd like coaching to take you.
You absolutely have my word there will be no hard sell or pressure, it makes me feel very awkward and really isn't my style. We'll simply consider together what is possible.
Rediscover who you are, unpack diagnosis + live authentically with courage.
Set boundaries + stop people-pleasing to create easier, healthier connections.
Quiet perfectionism, reduce overthinking + build habits that stick.
Strengthen resilience, make bold decisions + embrace change confidently.
Sometimes you don’t know which way is up, or where to start. Catch a breath offers a steady, supportive, one to one space to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and leave with a little more clarity than you arrived with.
This isn’t about overhauling your whole life. It’s about pausing the pinball machine, being seen and heard, and exploring one or two shifts that help you move forward.
A steadying pause, not a push.

Momentum offers a more spacious, ongoing container for work that needs time, patterns that keep resurfacing, identity shifts, boundaries, communication, and learning to show up in ways that honour your wiring.
Sessions are unhurried and non-prescriptive, allowing space to stay with what matters, integrate insight over time, and build a stronger sense of self.
A steadier pace, with room to breathe and integrate.

Many are surprised at how quickly time passes in the 90 minute session. We can do a lot of good work in this time frame, if you find it's a little too long we can adjust the session length and frequency.
For face to face sessions, we will meet via Microsoft Teams / in person and ease into the session gently to orientate you to the space and the work we are about to do.
Every session is forward looking, person-centered (about you), action focused (your actions, the good work part) and unique to your experience and goals.
There may be a semi structure to our sessions, or it may be quite fluid, it depends very much on what you'd like to gain and take away from that session.
If you haven't had coaching before, it won't be long before you'll look forward to the space I create for you, and the level of listening I will afford you, something we rarely encounter in the day to day rush and transactional nature of our busy lives (if you are interested in knowing more about the levels of listening, search up Stephen Covey's theory of listening, fascinating stuff!).
I will use a range of modalities, visualisations and questions to empower and enable you to access the beliefs, values, thoughts and behaviours which run like a script below the surface.
I will echo back / hold up a mirror to what I have observed (with your permission). This is powerful and where many of the transformational moments happen, since we are often not aware of these scripts.
We will always end a session agreeing the actions you will take between the current and next session, and you will leave feeling resourced, present and ready to move on with the rest of your your day.
The frequency of coaching sessions depends on your goals, your preferred time line and our availability. Typically we will meet weekly or bi-weekly to enable you to get traction and momentum, however we can leave it longer between sessions if you have a longer term goal.
